Application To Lease

There is no credit check required. However, an application completed in full must be provided in order to enter into a rental agreement. Current address and income sources, such as employment, will be verified. There is a non-refundable application fee of $25. No application will be reviewed without a $25.00 cash payment.


It usually takes 1-5 days to verify application, depending on availability of employer, etc.

After a rental agreement is signed, then the first month's rent and deposit will be exchanged for the keys to the house.
