Pets

After careful consideration, all new applicates will be screened allowing pets, with $700 of the original deposit serving as a non-refundable pet.  Monthly pet rent is $25.00 per pet, per month, for one pet.  Additional animals are $30 per month (includes outdoor dogs-pets under 2 years old are not included in this price.)  Unfortunately, there are certain breeds that are not allowed due to home insurance policy rules beyond owners' control.
